My approach is person-centered and collaborative. That means we’ll work together to understand what you’re going through and what matters most to you. I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care — always adapting to your needs and goals.

I aim to help clients feel more connected to themselves, gain clarity, and make lasting, meaningful change. Whether you’re looking to manage stress, improve communication, or heal from past pain, therapy can be a place to start fresh.

What are your fees and do you accept insurance?

Counseling fees vary depending on duration and insurance coverage and benefits. Please contact me for more information. The standard session rate is $120 per session if self-paying. Sliding scale or reduced fees are available depending on your situation. I accept insurance plans with the following carriers: Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield MA, Cigna and Evernorth, Oscar Health, Quest Behavioral Health, and United Healthcare.

Monday: 9 am – 4 pm.

Tuesday: 9 am – 4 pm

Wednesday: 1 pm – 4 pm

Thursday: 9 am – 4 pm

Friday: 9 am – 4 pm

Saturday: 9 am – Noon

How long are the counseling sessions?

Counseling sessions typically last for 53 minutes. This is the standard clinical hour. Remaining time is used for documentation and to prepare for subsequent session. Session length can be modified as needed to accomodate late starts or other circumstances.

Do you offer teletherapy or online counseling?

Yes, I offer teletherapy, or virtual services for clients who prefer or need remote sessions. I use a HIPAA complian video platform that will send a link prior to the session. If internet or data access is an issue, a phone connection only can be used as a last resort.
